General file description:

Logo Maker is a Flex application that helps you create/edit logos and images. Users can add/edit images, text, symbols and download logos as PNG images. Logo Maker can be useful for webmasters or anybody who want to offer this service for free in order to attract more visitors or just for personal use.

Install:

Logo Maker is easy to install, just copy all application’s files to your server and edit the $setting[‘mainDomain’]=”http://www.yourdomain.com”; inside the locales.php file.

All texts from the application come from PHP server file (you can change texts easy just by editing a PHP array Ex: $locale[‘previewLogo’]=”Preview logo”; The application’s logo is also a PNG file that is external. Logo Maker can also be used inside other Flex applications, you can add it to any UIComponent.

Plug-and-play mini XML MP3 player with 3 different main sizes, small medium and large. High impact visual with a modern to futuristic design.
Player also includes a micro and 3 minimal variations. Any parts of the player can be removed and added or adjusted as simple puzzle blocks.

File Features:

• You can set a startpoint and endpoint in the XML data at which point to start and stop a track.
• You can show or hide all the individual parts of the player with a simple component parameter. Set it to show “Progress bar”, “Time”, “Title scroller display”, “Song list” and “Spectrum animation” as you see fit.
• Besides clicking in the progress bar to change the point of playback, you can rewind and fastforward a track with buttons and set the spool back/forward speed with a simple parameter.
• It’s possible to add/show a toggle button to “repeat” a track when completing or having the player “jump automatically to next song”
• You can use either a manual font of your choice, or one of the two precreated dotted/pixel fonts for both the Time Display and/or for the Song List items
• You have a choice from 12 different “Spectrum Animations” and the player has 12 small buttons on the side of the player so the viewer can change visual. You can also set the player to choose one of the 12 visuals at random for each new music loaded.
• Predefine with 2 parameters wether to show artist and/or album name, for both list track and list divide entries.
• Scroll Song list instantly or gradually. Scroll list with scroll bar/buttons or automatically. When setting the scroll bar visual, it also allows mouse wheel to scroll up and down.
• Every list item can have a unique link to a website page, including the list divider entries (which you can use to organize the list for “authors” or “albums”)
• You can set an initial volume value between 0 and 1 for the player to start with.

This is a minimalist mp3 player with all the major functions required by such a file. The most attractive part is the very small screen area it can take up.

It is resizable width-wise so you can make it as small or large your project requires.

It can also be set to take up the entire stage size which can be useful for resizable flash sites.

It also features a realistic (driven by music) spectrum analizer.

All player colors can easily be changed from the xml as well, no need to edit them in flash.

Settings you can change in the XML file (25+):

- the width of the player (can be set to 0 to take up the entire stage width) – all colors (player lines color, background color, buttons normal color, buttons mouseover color, transparent volume bar color and alpha, volume bars color etc.) – spectrum sample time – spectrum variant alpha for volume bars on/off – all mouseover texts to be displayed (for play/pause/next/previous/volume) – time display type (normal elapsed time or countdown) – the initial sound volume – scrolling time, wait before scrolling time and animation type for for song names that don’t fit in the designated area – start playing on load on/off (it can start paused if you want) – start buffering on load on/off – shuffle (random) on/off – unlimited number of audio files can be added to the playlist and you can set the path and song name for each of them.

It happens all the time. I go to a well designed website and there starring me back in the face is one of Adobe’s stock flash video players or worse an embedded YouTube video ruining the whole design. That’s why I built this video player—A custom stock video player that can blend with your design and be reused over and over.

I wanted to build something that I could upload to my site and use over and over again on my WordPress blog. By utilizing flashVars (variables defined in the embedding code) the file can be reused with different video files, formats, and made to be unique to each post or to each blog.
